Had a crown and cleaning done. They did a fabulous job with no pain. Dr. Mike was great and the staff did great job as well. Dr. Shall has put a great team together at Ponderosa Dental. I highly recommend any one who needs dental service to use them.

Wow what a great dental clinic. As a new patient in need of a new dentist after my old dentist moved out of state, I was in much needed routine care. I found this dental clinic welcoming and the entire staff was friendly and made me really feel comfortable to allow myself to explain all my concerns with my overall dental health. Nice conservative treatment approaches and never felt uncomfortable with the recommendations. I’m actually excited to see the dentist again lol. I appreciate you guys accepting me as a new patient and looking forward to continuing the high quality dental care you provide.

If you have dental anxiety this needs to be your place! I’ve spent a whole lot of time in the dentist chair but I still get severe anxiety however after going to Ponderosa I know I won’t have to feel that way anymore! I saw Dr.Mike today and he was so amazing and patient with me! He explained every part of what he was doing which helped me so much! I was able to be comfortable and calm for the entire visit. And, he is seriously the best ever at giving shots. I had to have a lot and I didn’t feel a single one!!! He also took great care in checking my medical history/medications to make sure I would be safe during the procedure. Our original plan had to be altered a little because of that but just know you’ll be safe because the team here really does care and puts their patients needs first. Honestly, every person I’ve encountered has been so great. They know people don’t love going to the dentist but they seriously do everything they can to make sure the experience is a positive one. I will definitely be sticking with Dr. Shall and Dr. Mike for all of my future dental needs.

I haven't been to the dentist in a while, I came across Ponderosa and made an appointment. The staff is all very friendly and I felt comfortable making this my dentist office for here on out

I am VERY happy that I am now coming to your clinic for my dental work. The friendliness of the office staff is pleasing, the knowledge and expertise of the dentists and hygienists is impressive. The hygienist in this visit identified that I need 3 crowns, but until I get those in January, she recommended that I start wearing a retainer during sleep. She also recommended that I start using an electric toothbrush and she prefers the Opticare brand. I will purchase one soon. I feel like my dental health is in good hands.

Kaelyn & Dr Shaw have both been very professional and accommodating, helping me to breath by performing my procedure while they were standing up. Awesome people & care. All that while Dr. Shall was working thru a hurt foot. In my next cleaning, Christina was also very kind & gentle. The front office is always very friendly & helpful, starting as I walk in until I leave at the end. Since I gotta go to the dentist, I'm glad its a good experience at Ponderosa Dental...everybody makes it as painless as possible. Blessings to all-a-y'all.
